Having served on the
CNPOA Board for 6 months now, I would like to
thank my fellow board members, past and present,
for their unselfish dedication to serving
the CNPOA Community and the countless hours they
have voluntarily donated in that service.

An HOA Board member faces special challenges -
such as the challenge of knowing that their
decisions and actions will literally follow them
home at the end of the day.
.
Calmes Neck has evolved from a small group of
folks who originally purchased property in a
recreational community, to what is now, primarily,
a full time residential community.
.
There is a vast body of historical knowledge that
the wonderful group of early settlers carry with
them. Newcomers like me don't have this
knowledge and need to rely on the record of what
has gone before to educate ourselves so
that we may function as well informed, contributing members of the Board.
So that I might fulfill, to the best of my
ability, my fiduciary responsibility to the Calmes Neck
Association members, I will be putting together a
survey form to learn what concerns are the most
important to you. In the meantime, please
use the form below to let me know any issues or
concerns you would like to see addressed by the
CNPOA Board. Thank you for your time and
